Outreach Grant Request Form - 2007

The Episcopal Church of St. Mary the Virgin, San Francisco, is pleased to support various
programs and ministries through our outreach (grant) program. The organization must:

  • contribute to our community's spiritual strength
  • qualify as charity under IRS Section 501(c)(3)
  • expend no more than 25% of their annual operating budgets on fundraising activity
  • be viable

Please attach the following documents to your application:

  • Budget
  • Financial statement
  • Annual Report
  • Roster of your staff and board members
