A M.O.M.S. group involves weekly sessions that explore topics common to all mothers such as - how to find time for what you care about, anxiety, stress, growing relationships, and deepening spirituality. Each group is limited to 6 participants and led by two trained facilitators.
Fall Session: October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 , November 6, 13, 20 and celebration on November 17
All morning sessions are held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Fee is $75.00 for the each session
