Join us in cooking at the Well. These classes will cover a variety of menu items and techniques the whole family can enjoy. Our cooking instructor is Heidi Campagna.
Heidi became very interested in baking when she was
18. At the suggestion of a relative, she attended Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco, graduating
three months later with a pastry certificate. Heidi then
went to Oregon State University, graduating with a
B.S. in Nutrition and Food Management. During her culinary career she has worked for Marriot, was a head
chef for a fraternity, was a supervisor for Il Fornaio
Bakery (which was located across the street from
The Well where Café Rose is now). Currently she
works at a high school where one of her responsibilities is teaching a cooking club. |
