Seek Roommate for Asylum Seeker

The St. Mary's-Sherith Israel accompaniment team is seeking a roommate for a kind and industrious 31-year old Spanish speaking male asylum-seeker living in San Francisco. The shared "in-law" apartment is attached to a house on Masonic Avenue and has good transit access to the rest of the city and the Bay.
The beautiful apartment has one large room and a small sleeping alcove, a kitchen and one bathroom. It is fully furnished and equipped for two people. The rent is $2000/month, to be split evenly between the occupants.
The new tenant will need to be approved by both the current occupant and the landlord and be ready to assume a month-to-month lease. Our interfaith NEAT accompanies the existing tenant as he becomes self-sufficient in San Francisco. The apartment is available immediately.
If you know of a gentleman who might be interested, contact David Crosson here or 408-316-0478. He will meet initially with some NEAT members and then, if appropriate, a meeting with the current renter and the landlord would follow.
