Candlelight Concerts 2023-2024

DEAR FRIENDS,
t is my pleasure to announce our 2023-2024 Candlelight Concert Series!. This
45th Anniversary Season features London’s APOLLO5, the North American
premiere of Ian Venables’ Requiem, a concert of English polyphony by
Byrd Ensemble, Bach’s dramatic Passion According to St. John, and the
world premiere of Byron Adams’ setting of the 13th-century text Stabat
Mater for soprano and chamber orchestra.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, these concerts are offered to the public free of charge, with no ticket required.
All
gifts are gladly received, and are essential to providing this ministry
on an ongoing basis. Please consider prioritizing Candlelight Concerts
this year. All donations are tax-deductible. Checks may be paid to St. Mary the Virgin with “Candlelight Concerts” on the memo. Donations can also be made at
