The people of Saint Mary’s seek to live into the Great Commandment

Walking from St. Mary’s, we will follow the Golden Gate Promenade toward the bridge then turn south on the Coastal Trail to enjoy the magnificent views over the Pacific. Our return leg will be across the Presidio with an optional stop for lunch at Liverpool Lil’s.
Meet at St. Mary’s Lych Gate at 9:00 a.m. Bring your dog plus leash and baggies, some water, a hat and a friend. To cut a mile off the walk meet us at 9:30 a.m. at the eastern end of the Golden Gate Promenade. If you have questions, please contact John Walsham, 415-332-8293.

Youth Choir Camp

Sunday, August 10 to Friday, August 15 - 5:00 to 7;00 p.m.
The Youth Choir will offer an End-of-Summer Choir Camp for singers in grades 4-9 (rising).
Our camp will culminate in a service of Evensong at 6;00 p.m. on Friday, August 15 - The Feast of St. Mary the Virgin.
Camp Staff; Laura Jeanne Ruppert, Chip Grant, Steve Repasky, interns from the San Francisco School of the Arts.
The Summer Choir rehearses in the Choir Room on Sundays at 9:00 a.m., before the 10:00 a.m Eucharist; learning a simple anthem and reviewing hymns and other music for the liturgy. Summer choir is open to all members of the parish in addition to choristers in the Youth and Parish Choirs.
